python threads can only be started once

請問我如何才能監(jiān)控我的線程呢？如果某個(gè)線程死掉了，就讓他再重新啟動。我上面的代碼，如果線程3死掉了，就沒辦法監(jiān)控了，該如何改我的代碼呢？
