1、首先確定你裝了node（里面會(huì)有npm）
2、我用npm也會(huì)報(bào)錯(cuò)，但跟你報(bào)的錯(cuò)不一樣。

cnpm install

安裝成功
實(shí)在不是獲取管理員權(quán)限在運(yùn)行一下
